Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We pay extreme attention to quality control of the products before shipping. Nevertheless, there is a minor possibility for the articles to be defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship. We only accept returns if the products are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship. You must report us the defect via e-mail, attaching clear images showing the defects, in 2 calendar days from the day of delivery and you have 7 calendar days to return the defective products from the date you received them.
After you notified us about the defective products, we will send you a return invoice form. Please print a hardcopy and send us back along with the products in order us to clear local customs, without the invoice we won’t be able to refund, regardless of the status of the products. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Your items must be in the original packaging. Your items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned items. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the items. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies and/or your bank’s policies.
Orders already in the manufacturing and/or shipping process cannot be modified and/or cancelled. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us within 2 days in writing and/or by clicking the CANCEL button next to your order within 2 days.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Possible bank and/or credit card charges relevant to this return will be borne by you. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and bank and/or credit card charges which occurred at the time of purchase, transaction and shipping, will be deducted from your refund.
