Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We mostly manufacture upon backorders, which means we start processing for you after your purchase is fulfilled.
We pay extreme attention to quality control of the products before shipping. Nevertheless, there is a minor possibility for the articles to be defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship. We only accept returns if the products are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship. You must report us the defect via e-mail, attaching clear images showing the defects, in 2 calendar days from the day of delivery and you have 7 calendar days to return the defective products from the date you received them.
After you notified us about the defective products, we will send you a return invoice form which is to be submitted to Turkish Customs. Please print a hardcopy and send us back along with the products. Without this return invoice form, we won’t be able to clear the products and won’t be able to refund, regardless of the status of the products. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Your items must be in the original packaging. Your items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned items. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the items. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies and/or your bank’s policies.
You have 2 calendar days to cancel your purchase. Orders already in the manufacturing and/or shipping process cannot be modified and/or cancelled. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration like, a letter by post, fax or e-mail.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Possible bank and/or credit card charges relevant to this return will be borne by you. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and bank and/or credit card charges which occurred at the time of purchase, transaction and shipping, will be deducted from your refund.
